Time for a employment review
!Kudos to Les Pearson - as it does seem to be a matter of "arrogance" and lack of accountability on M. Labas's part. As then alderman Bill Cocks pointed out after the first $1 Million dollar mistake - this would mean that heads would role if it had happened in any other City Department. The "old boys club" that has dominated City Hall has an Achilles heel - and I wonder just how long they will prop up Mr. Labas and his little fiefdom built on inflated ego and perceived power.
