Our city council wants to put the new
Event Centre in the south? Are they brain-dead? Don't they know
how bad the traffic is already? The intelligent thing to do is put
it out in Box Springs where it's fast and easy to access.
Why not put the onus for building a new
Arena on the taxpayers as it should be? Why not a vote? I see no
need for a new Event Centre. However, those that want one should be
prepared to pay $20 to $30 more for tickets. It would be paid off
in no time. Where is the $30 million the committee was to come up
with?
I am tickled pink and totally thrilled
