I am disgusted by the letter the news published entitled "Gay Marriage an Oxymoron" by Paul Kokoski. I am not sure where Mr. Kokoski gathered his facts but they are nothing more than hatred spewed by a narrow-minded individual who uses religion to justify his hatred for a specific group of people.

The Liberal Party's Agriculture Critic, Frank Valeriote, M.P. for Guelph, has shamefully made claims that decisions made in Budget 2012 and to the Agency's overall modernization agenda are intended to reduce Canada's investment in food safety or somehow diminish the Agency's role in it.

The following is based on more than 60 years of experience about what matter can mean. Nothing can exist without matter, so if God exists He must be matter. As human beings we have a good connection to primary matter, as it gives us our soul. It doesn't take much effort to reach this conclusion, once you have understood the preposition for such thinking.

A terrible tragedy occurred with a loss of seven lives on Highway 63 recently. Was it the government's fault? Was it the highway's fault? Or will the final report attribute the cause to human error? We as the human species are not programmed to be perfect.

In April, Conservative MP for Kitchener Centre Stephen Woodworth proposed a motion (M-312) calling upon Parliament to form a committee to study the definition of the term "human being," particularly as pertaining to the status of the unborn child.

This is not the first time this agency has proved to be heartless and abusive. This kind of action has been going on for years with their employees. Yes they are valued and respected while working for the agency, but once a decision has been made to terminate, all compassion ceases to exist.

I commend North Carolina voters for approving a state constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage and civil unions. Homosexual behaviour is abnormal, immoral and anti-life. It closes the act of sex to the gift of life and is not innate as some believe.

On May 10, I had the great opportunity to meet one of my political inspirations in Calgary: Justin Trudeau. I could likely waste this whole article gushing like a "Beatlemania" fan (or I guess "Trudeaumaniac" of old) but as warm, personable and charismatic as Justin Trudeau is, it was his message that resonated with myself and the rest of the eager crowd.
